Changed your mind? No problem — here’s how order cancellations work.
1. Before Your Order Ships
You can cancel for free anytime before your order is packed and shipped. Just email us at support@1111beauty.com with your order number, and we’ll take it from there. Once approved, we’ll refund your full amount to your original payment method.
2. After Your Order Ships
Once an order is on its way, we’re unable to cancel it. If you’d still like to return it, you can do so after delivery — please see our Refund and Returns Policy for the process.
3. If We Need to Cancel
On rare occasions, we may need to cancel an order ourselves — for example, if a product is out of stock, there’s a pricing error, or we’re unable to verify your payment or delivery details. If this happens, we’ll let you know right away and refund you in full.
